Do you want to become more physically active?

Glasgow Caledonian University are working in partnership with Turning Point Scotland to support people overcome barriers to participating in mainstream sport and exercise.

Regular exercise is one of the most beneficial and healthy ways to keep yourself well. By keeping yourself active, you are more likely to improve your overall mental and physical health. As well as that, having regular exercise as part of your routine is likely to lead to new friendships and achievements. There is a form of physical activity that suits everybody. Have fun finding out what suits you!

We know some of life's challenges can affect a person's physical activity level. We're here to support you and offer some guidance on the benefits of physical activity, and how to address some of the common concerns you may have. 

Do you need help with your mental health or addiction?

Please arrange to see your GP if you are worried about mental health difficulties or any kind of addiction.
